At SAVANNAHS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label via email.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags and dust bags are included, and seal them securely in the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the provided prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
